Dear Friends,

There’s been quite a bit of new activity lately, with several people reaching out for support, registering for the upcoming Hope & Healing Zoom Conference, or inquiring about the work of The Hope of Survivors. With that in mind, I’d to share what may be some reminders for some of you, and new information for others, in this newsletter.

The Hope of Survivors has been providing emotional and spiritual support to victims of clergy sexual abuse since 2002. This work–which started with us hoping to be able to reach “just one” victim–has led to helping literally thousands of victims of clergy sexual abuse around the world and in nearly all denominations and faith communities.

The need for The Hope of Survivors has grown far beyond our ability to do everything and that is why we are SO GRATEFUL to our board members and volunteers in the US, as well as in many other countries where The Hope of Survivors is incorporated and serving victims (Canada, Romania, Australia, South Africa, the UK, Trinidad & Tobago, etc.).

Aside from helping victims heal from the devastation of clergy sexual abuse, there is an educational and prevention component in which The Hope of Survivors provides seminars and resource materials to clergy, church leaders, and congregations. Check out our Ministry Services page to learn more.

Truly, God opened so many doors that reach far beyond our thinking of “just one” that it truly humbles us to think of all God has done and all the wonderful people He’s brought to help, and of all the precious souls–many of whom have become lifelong friends–the ministry has been able to touch.

Thank you for being part of this miracle ministry. Thank you for your prayers for us and all who minister on behalf of The Hope of Survivors. Thank you for your prayers for the wounded lambs of God who reach out with trepidation and fear to try to find answers and help. Thank you for your support!

God bless you,
